This Preorder Policy explains how preorders work for Coastal Local Co tackle boxes, including payment, shipping timelines, cancellations, and what happens if something changes on our end.
A preorder allows you to reserve your Coastal Local Co tackle box before it officially ships. By placing a preorder, you're securing your spot in our first shipment at the current price — before we open to the general public.
Our current estimated ship window is 30–45 days from the date your preorder is placed. We'll send you an email confirmation with your estimated ship date at the time of purchase.
While we do our best to hit this window, supply chain timelines can shift. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated date, we will notify you by email with an updated timeline.
To request a cancellation, email us at CoastalLocalCompany@gmail.com with your order number and we'll get back to you within 1 business day.
Each Coastal Local Co box is hand-curated for your specific region by local anglers who know the water. Exact contents may vary slightly from promotional images as we source the best available gear each cycle. Every box will always include:
If your box arrives damaged or is missing items, email us at CoastalLocalCompany@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
We may update this policy as our business evolves. Any changes will be posted here and will not affect orders already placed under a previous version of this policy.
